Bolingbrook, IL – Adventist Midwest Health has donated 450 computers, valued at $105,000, to Seventh-day Adventist churches and schools in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan. A combination of Dell, IBM, and HP workstations were distributed to the Illinois Conference of Seventh Day Adventists and the Lake Union Conference of Seventh Day Adventists, which will deploy them to their churches and schools as needed.
“Like many organizations we have a need to continually update our technology. This donation is another way we can partner with our Adventist community and be good stewards to those around us,” said Paul Ziegele, chief financial officer at Adventist La Grange Memorial Hospital.
Churches and schools are grateful for donations, as resources are often in short supply.
“We donate our talents and technology to Christ’s mission of care,” said John B. Rapp, regional vice president, Ministries and Mission. “Part of our mission is to continually look for ways we can give back through service and faith.”
