Bolingbrook –Do you have diabetes? Are you worried about managing your health during the busy holidays and not overdoing what you eat and do? Set your worries aside. Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital’s Creation Health team is presenting a free community lecture on surviving the holidays.
Come learn quick, healthy ways to combat risky holiday behavior. There will be healthy holiday eating tips, along with exercise tools such as meditation and relaxation techniques. Easy holiday recipes will be provided. A diabetes screening (A1C) will be offered at this informative lecture.
This free event is being held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16 at Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital, 500 Remington Blvd., Bolingbrook. To register, call (630) 856-7525.
