The new 3T MRI scanner provides the clearest, most detailed images available. Quiet, spacious and fast, the 3T MRI scanner does not emit radiation and offers a number of features to enhance your comfort and reduce anxiety including:
- Patients can listen to music during the scanning
- Widest opening available improves the experience for those who experience anxiety in close spaces
- Usable images can be obtained despite small movements, such as those common in examining children
- Enhanced weight capacity better accommodates larger patients
- Faster procedure times; some scans can take as little as 15 minutes
- Board-certified radiologists on site to read images
