- Blood Sugar Test
- Blood Pressure Assessment
- A one-on-one, private consultation with a health care professional

The Vascular Center now offers Vascular Screening exams. Doctors may order screening studies directly or patients may request screening exams for Carotid Artery Disease (stroke risk), Perpheral Arterial Disease (PAD) (for blocked arteries in the leg and increased heart disease risk), and AAA (Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm).
Each year, more than 500 children take advantage of programs created to educate elementary school students about diet, exercise, tobacco and other risks contributing to heart disease.
Adventist Heart & Vascular Institute also hosts annual community health fairs with blood pressure and cholesterol screenings and Body Mass Index analysis, along with the annual Rooney Heart 5K Fun Run & Walk, a trek through historic downtown Hinsdale.
