Annual Postgraduate Education Stipend

PGY 1: $42,000
PGY 2: $45,000
PGY 3: $48,666

Insurance

Adventist LaGrange Memorial Hospital shall provide Resident with insurance and employee benefits in accordance with the hospital’s employee benefits plan applicable to the program, which may be modified by the hospital from time to time. Benefits are effective on the commencement date of the Term of this Agreement.

Membership

American Academy of Family Physicians

Licenses

Illinois Medical License (temporary), USMLE-3/Comlex-3 (if taken during residency). DEA if applied for during 3rd year.

Time Off

Resident is given 23 paid days off during each academic year. The days must be used during that academic year; they can not be carried over or paid out at the end of the academic year.

Continuing Medical Education

(May be used for national or local meetings, journals, palm pilots and/or software.)
Residents are given 5 CME days per year.

PGY 1: $400 reimbursement
PGY 2: $500 reimbursement
PGY 3: $900 reimbursement

Meal Stipend

$14 per call. $21 per call if a Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday or Holiday

Lab Coats

Two lab coats furnished each year.
