Wood Dale Family Medicine opens
Glendale Heights – Dr. Yasmeen Ansari, a family medicine physician who treats patients at Adventist GlenOaks Hospital, has begun seeing patients at Wood Dale Family Medicine, 199 S. Addison Road, suite 108, Wood Dale. Ansari, an Addison resident, grew up in the Chicago area and earned her bachelor’s degree at Northwestern University. She earned her medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago and completed her residency at Adventist La Grange Memorial Hospital.
Ansari has special interests in pediatric developmental assessments and disorders, preventative medicine and women’s health. The goal of Wood Dale Family Medicine is to provide holistic healthcare for the family through a compassionate, personalized approach with a strong focus on preventative medicine and continuity of care. The practice is part of Adventist Health Partners.
“As someone who grew up in Addison and still makes my home here, I have remained strongly tied to this community,” Ansari said. “It’s a blessing to be able to take care of patients close to their home, whether in my office or at Adventist GlenOaks Hospital.”
