The seven-week series of eight classes begins at 6:30 p.m. April 14 at Adventist La Grange Memorial Hospital, 5101 S. Willow Springs Road in La Grange.
The next set of classes will begin Sept. 1. To register, call (630) 856-7525, or for more information, call Adventist La Grange Memorial Cardiac Rehab at (708) 245-3636.
During each round of classes, eight meetings are held over seven weeks. Enrollment is limited to 10 people per session. If there’s available space, people can sign up all the way up to the start of the first class.
