Hinsdale Family Medicine Residency is pleased to offer clerkships to third and fourth year medical students.
To be eligible, medical students must currently be enrolled in a United States ACGME accredited medical school.

A third-year clerkship will include many of the lectures, seminars and workshops provided for residents and medical staff. You will work directly with residents and attendings without competition from other learners. Parking passes are provided along with a discount toward your food purchases at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital.
We believe that the Hinsdale Family Medicine Clinic can offer a unique experience in Family Medicine. Throughout your rotation, you will work with residents and faculty in our clinic. You are also urged to take advantage of all teaching conferences and behavioral science seminars available to the residents.
Fourth year medical students may choose from a three inpatient electives that are available at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital. Electives are available in the following areas:
- Family medicine inpatient service
Medical students with an interest in pursuing a career in Family Medicine will be given preference for our inpatient and outpatient fourth year medical student rotations and sub-internships.
