More to Life than Residency

In addition to our responsibilities as residents, we like to have fun in our free time.  The tone is set during orientation, when all interns participate in the ropes course.  Through the support of each other, we work together to complete the course.   

While at work, most of our free time is spent in our newly renovated resident lounge relaxing, cracking jokes, commiserating and supporting each other through stressful times.     

Outside of the hospital, most residents enjoy spending time with their families.  In addition, residents frequently get together for dinner, play dates for children, or just a night out on the town.  

Hinsdale is conveniently located near several major expressways, and is only 25 minutes west of Chicago's "loop." Bus, rail and taxi service is available throughout the metropolitan area.

Just ask the residents; there truly is more to life than residency!
