Affiliated Practice Centers

Hinsdale Family Medicine Center is nestled across the street from Adventist Hinsdale Hospital. The building was originally a Seventh-day Adventist Church, but in 1975, was renovated to function as the original clinic site for the residency program.  

The clinic consists of 12 patient rooms, precepting room and a newly-renovated procedure room for everything from mole excisions to LEEPs.  The building also houses administration offices in the basement and an ample conference room in the loft for weekly academic conferences. Our clinic functions as a model office and provides ample space for teaching and learning. 

The second outpatient site, Hinsdale Family Medicine Center- Bolingbrook, is approximately 12 miles southwest of Adventist Hinsdale Hospital. Like the Hinsdale office, the Bolingbrook office serves a diverse patient population.  HFMC is one the largest providers of Medicaid services in both DuPage and Will Counties.  Residents see a large mix of payor types, ethnic diversities and disease processes.
