Nurse Staffing Information for Patients

Adventist Midwest Health is dedicated to delivering the highest quality medical care available.  Providing appropriate nursing care for all our patients ensures this high standard of care.  Patients, family members and the public may request nurse staffing information.

If you are a patient currently hospitalized, you have the right to ask for information regarding nurse-to-patient staffing ratios, as well as information about the nursing staff's credentials, including education, training and certification.  Requests from hospitalized patients will be handled within two hours during normal business hours.

Requests from community members and others who are not currently hospitalized will be addressed within seven business days.
