A note from our executive director, Derek Cazeau:
Thank you for your support of this year’s golf event. Proceeds will ensure our community members continue to have access to the excellent state of the art equipment and personal care that Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital provides. We will once again be at beautiful Bolingbrook Golf Club for a wonderful day of good food, good golf, and good fun. Our registration begins at 7 a.m., with a continental breakfast sponsored by Egg’s Inc, followed by an 8 a.m. shotgun start.
Our lunch reception will begin at 1 p.m., with great food provided by sponsors Nancy’s Pizza, BD Mongolian, and Gordon Biersch. During this reception, enjoy the afternoon to relax, network, and we will have several great auction items on hand to raise additional funds toward patient care services.

Information for Silent Auction Donations
This year, the Foundation will also be organizing a Silent Auction which will be comprised of premium sports-related packages, getaways, and other various items (i.e. restaurant gift certificates, tickets to cultural events, etc.). Donating to the silent auction is a great way for you or your company to support the Foundation outside of sponsorships and participation. If you would like to support the Foundation in the form of a tax-deductible donation of a product or service for our silent auction, please contact us at 630-312-6006.
Silent Auction Donation Form
As a donor, you will receive recognition in the program distributed to attendees, on table signage at the outing, and on the Foundation’s website. We also invite you to include a stack of brochures or business cards to display with your donation.
Because this event targets hospital vendors, community organizations, business people, physicians, and hospital employees, your company has the opportunity to be visible to nearly 170 golfers, volunteers, and community members. Additionally, you will gain the benefits associated with supporting the important work that the Foundation and the Hospital provides to patients and their families in our community. All funds raised will go directly to support patient care services at Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital.
