Tips for Job Seekers

When you apply for a career at Adventist Midwest Health, you’re applying for a new start in your career.  Certainly, your skills and talent must be of the highest caliber to make it on our team, but so must your ability to really reach patients through friendly communication and genuine care.

We want you to be successful in your job search.  Here are some suggestions and helpful hints in finding a job that’s right for you!

  • You must apply for all jobs online.  Applications may only be accepted for specific positions that are currently posted.
  • If the type of job you're looking for is not listed, then it is not available at this time.
  • If you have applied for an open position, and do not see it now on the Web site, it means the position has been filled or we are no longer accepting applications for that opening.  Unfortunately, we can not notify every person in regards to their application status.
  • Once you have reviewed a job description and decide to apply, scroll down to the bottom and click on “Click here to apply online."
  • If this is your first time applying for a job, you’ll need to register for a username and password.  This will allow you to save your information in order to apply for more than one job.
  • If you have applied for a job before, enter your username and password and you’ll begin the application process.
  • New openings are posted frequently, so be sure to check back often! 
  • This is a professional organization and professional attire is recommended for all interviews.
