• Real -Time Digital Ultrasound: A thorough painless radiation-free diagnostic procedure using non-invasive soundwaves to precisely visualize area of interest for fast accurate diagnosis. This provides clear outpatient imaging with minimal discomfort to patients.

• CT: Our CT scan delivers results in record time – minimizing the time spent in an examination. One of the fastest tools for scanning the body, this technology utilizes x-ray beams and detectors to provide medical staff with a highly detailed and accurate image.

• DEXA Scan (bone scan): Our Lunar Prodigy Advance system provides comprehensive capabilities which detect subtle bone changes providing a more effective means of diagnosing osteoporosis. Our system uses dual-energy vertebral assessment, advanced hip assessment, total body measurement, and ultra-low dose outpatient imaging for our pediatric patients.

• Digital Mammography: Extraordinary care you deserve. Our facility provides state of- the art digital technology to better manage your personalized breast care. We use advanced features which aid in excellent image enhancements, fewer call backs, shorter exam times, and greater image flexibility. Walk-in screenings are welcome.

• X-ray: Provided as an “on demand” service. Computed Radiography on a walk-in basis. Special orthopedic views provided with minimal wait time. “Physician order necessary”. Patients are our top priority!

Physical Therapy Services

Whether an ailment is a result of sports, work, an accident, or a side effect of surgery, the Adventist Plainfield Imaging & Outpatient Center offers a personalized schedule of physical therapy services.

After assessing conditions through outpatient imaging, the Center’s physical therapists offer a variety of specific modalities to treat common physical ailments resulting from surgery and unexpected injuries with services including:  orthopedic and pain rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, osteoporosis services, work hardening, and functional capacity evaluation services. Our licensed therapists will perform a one-on-one evaluation to assess specific patient needs and work together towards a successful outcome.
