Our new Center provides Diagnostic Imaging Services, Physical Therapy and Lab Services. We are conveniently located at 15720 S. Route 59, Plainfield, Illinois.

Physical Therapy
Whether an ailment is a result of sports, work, an accident or a side effect of surgery, the Adventist Plainfield Imaging & Outpatient Center offers a personalized schedule of care. Our licensed therapists will perform a one-on-one evaluation to assess specific patient needs and work together towards a successful outcome.
Our goals are to manage pain, increase strength and postural awareness, teach prevention and, most importantly, help patients return to normal activities quickly and safely.
