Prenatal Exercise Pool Class (PEP)
Water provides the best support for exercise, decreasing the pressures of pregnancy. Conducted by licensed physical therapists, the PEP class is designed to maintain flexibility and muscle tone, increase posture awareness and lifting techniques, provide basic child birth information and create comaradrie. Classes meet twice weekly in the evening. Call (630) 856-8200 for times and session dates.
Support Groups
The Adventist Paulson Rehab Network sponsors a number of support groups-including the Stroke Club, Amputee Support Group, Fibromyalgia Support Group, Arthritis Pool Class and the Pediatric Rehab Lecture Series. In addition, our experienced staff is always eager and available to answer any questions from patients who have completed their formal therapy.
