Adventist Health Care at Home

Adventist Health Care at Home is Adventist Midwest Health’s home health agency. We provide professionals with a passion for service and quality. We provided services in Cook, DuPage, Will and Kane counties since 1981 and we offer a wide array of medical and wellness services to guide you to better health.

For your convenience we are open 24 hours, seven days a week. We have a Christian foundation with a mission focused on meeting the emotional, spiritual and physical needs of individuals of any race, color, age, national origin or handidcap.

We are a non-profit faith based organization and part of Adventist Health Care System worldwide network of health care facilities.

Home care services are provided to adults of any age who require professional medical care. A competent caregiver and the desire by the patient to participate in activities toward recovery are necessary ingredients to a successful home care experience.
 
Although we care for people with all types of medical conditions, our help is most often required following a hospital stay or when recovering from injury.
