Linda Lis, MD is board certified in family practice. She attended Georgetown University School of Medicine to earn her medical degree and completed her residency at the University of California. She then went on to complete a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at MacNeal Hospital. Since beginning her practice in 1991, she has served in many capacities including as a teacher, team physician and as a teaching faculty member. |

William Long, DO attended the University of Pittsburgh to earn his bachelors of psychology. He then went on to attend the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He moved out of the Philadelphia area in order to complete his family practice residency at Brentwood Hospital in Cleveland, OH. He is board certified and has been part of Burr Ridge Family Practice, which recently changed its name to Salt Creek Family Medicine, since 1996. |

Christopher Stephan, MD attended undergraduate school at Williams College in Massachusetts. After college he spent a year in France teaching English to school children. When he returned he attended Loyola University to earn his medical degree. He completed his residency in the St. Joseph Hospital Residency nearby in Chicago. |

Julie Van, DO obtained her undergraduate degree from Loyola University and then went on to Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Upon completion of her degree she became a resident in the Hinsdale Family Practice Residency program. She is currently board eligible in Family Practice and sees patients of all ages. |
